Who is Tyler Craig?
Tyler Craig was an Atlanta-based comedy legend.
He made his first comedy debut on BET’s Comic View. He then continued his career in comedy, appearing on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam in 1997 and Jamie Foxx’s Laffapalooza and Martin Lawrence’s 1st Amendment Stand Up.

The comedian is perhaps best known for his common catchphrase “and the moral of the story is”, a statement that he uses a lot in his jokes.
He also had an acting career, appearing in films such as Somebodies (2006), Unkillable (2018) and Baby Mama’s Club (2010), however he always said that he preferred comedy.
Tyler Craig passed away aged 54
The comedian sadly passed away this week aged 54.
Radio host and comedian Rickey Smiley announced his death on Twitter, posting a photo of the comedy legend alongside the words “Rest In Peace”.
In another tweet, he wrote: “I’m saddened this morning to find out about the death of comedian Tyler Craig. Watch him grow into a great talent. Rest In Peace King!!!”
His cause of death is currently unknown.
